3.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and others).
- Deposits must be made from a method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be returned.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account has not been verified.
- Withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit wherever possible.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kg9999 offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before withdrawing any winnings from it. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your account balance to ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement to meet is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies once only — claiming the same offer more than once is prohibited.
- Bonuses are non-transferable.
- If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
- kg9999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the account may be suspended.
4.3 VIP Cashback
kg9999's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier provides a cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, and Diamond — up to 0.8%. Cashback calculation example: a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5.1 Fraud and Misconduct
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Exploiting the bonus system improperly, such as "bonus hunting".
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Unauthorised access to or hacking of another user's account.
5.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
kg9999 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations. If suspicious transactions are identified, the relevant authorities may be notified. Users may only conduct transactions using funds earned from their own legitimate sources.
